One time purchase of welders. Once you buy it, you keep it after dying. 7) Increased Marine backspeed from .4 to .75 - can move back pedal a lot faster now. 8) Machine Gun clip size changed to 80 from 125 9) Machine Gun spread changed to same as rifle spread 10) Rifle, Machine gun, and Pistol: spread changed. Scales bullet spread from perfectly accurate (for first few bullets or so) to vanilla spread after about 10 bullets, and then scales the bullet accuracy back to perfectly accurate after about 0.7 seconds or not firing. 11) Pistol changes: Changed rate of fire of pistol to better match tick rate of servers. Changed pistol so you can now hold down to shoot if you want. If you wait 0.3 seconds between shots, you'll stay perfectly accurate. Changed spread. Just give credit where dueMod ID: 2288e458This mod aims to revise all environment lighting associated with power nodes. In addition to eliminating the red lighting, it takes things a few steps further. The lighting for each location is now more dynamic and changes based on which team controls it (based on the number of built structures). Lighting now changes even when power nodes are Unsocketed. As aliens encroach into the map and spread infestation, the lighting for those areas will slowly "bleed" off until it is much darker than normal. The designed intent is to make the Territorial-Boundires very clear and distinct, increasing the atomosphric qualities of NS2 and making it easier / more obvious for Rookies to realize they're in hostile territory. This effect creates clear delineations between Marine and Alien controlled territory. Proceed with caution Marines, grab a adventure-buddy and turn those flashlights on, you’ll need them. Disclaimer: This mod is definitely a work-in-progress and doesn't promise feature perfect qualities. It's effectively just prototyping an idea. It also can have an indirect impact on the game's balance. Known Issues:

Also, this isn't a *real* mouse wheel drag, in the sense that it would lock your cursor to a point on the map, and move that point to your cursor when you move your mouse.
